Close your Ganttify account

Done with Ganttify for good? You can close your account yourself in under a minute. Closing is permanent, so take a moment for the two things below first. If you’d rather keep your account and only stop paying, cancel your Ganttify subscription instead.

Before you close

Use the rest of your paid period. Closing ends a paid subscription the moment you confirm. To keep your charts until the period you’ve paid for runs out, cancel your subscription now and close your account once it has ended.

Hand over your team. If you own a team, closing removes the team as well. Should your teammates keep working in it, transfer the team to one of them first.

Close your account

On your profile page, choose Close account in the Danger zone at the bottom, enter your password and confirm with I understand, close my account.

In the same step you choose whether to hear about future Ganttify updates. Tick Keep me informed about future Ganttify updates to stay on the mailing list, or leave it unticked to be taken off.

What’s removed, and what stays

Your Gantt chart settings, the dependencies you drew in Ganttify, your shared links and your preferences are removed for good. Clients with a link to one of your read-only charts can no longer open it.

Everything in your integration stays exactly where it is. Your projects, boards and tasks keep their dates and details, and your teammates keep working in them as before.

Think you might be back one day? Cancel your subscription instead: your account and charts stay for two months after your plan ends, so you can resubscribe and pick up where you left off.
