What integrations does Ganttify support?

Your Basecamp projects, Trello boards, Todoist tasks and Google Calendar events can all become visual Gantt charts. Every integration syncs both ways, so a change you make in your Gantt chart shows up in your integration too.

Basecamp

The Basecamp integration works with Basecamp 2, 3, 4, and 5, so whichever version your team is on, every Basecamp project can become a Gantt chart. Your to-dos, milestones, and schedules appear as time blocks and rows in your Gantt chart. Edits sync back to Basecamp automatically. You can also send a read-only chart to people who do not have Basecamp access.

Trello

Marketing teams and digital agencies are among the largest groups of Trello users, often juggling campaigns with multiple deliverables and deadlines. Their boards become a timeline in the Gantt chart, so scheduling conflicts and deadlines across projects are easy to spot. Each card becomes a row in your Gantt chart where you can set start and due dates, add dependencies, and see what needs to finish before the next phase can begin. Changes sync both ways, so your boards stay current while you plan in the Gantt view.

Todoist

When you are balancing multiple clients or projects, it can be hard to see how everything fits together in a task list. With your Todoist projects in a Gantt chart, you can see how tasks overlap and where deadlines cluster together. You can adjust dates, restructure work, and set dependencies between tasks directly in the Gantt view. All changes sync back to Todoist automatically, so your task list stays up to date.

Google Calendar

Freelancers juggling client projects often run their whole week from Google Calendar. Your work, client and team calendars come in as collapsible groups on one timeline, with every event as a bar. Drag an event to a new date and the change lands in Google Calendar. Set dependencies between events, even across calendars, and moving one event moves the events that wait on it. Move an event in Google Calendar and your chart follows.
