What’s included
Nothing is held back during the trial. You can create unlimited Gantt charts, set up dependencies between tasks, and send a read-only chart to stakeholders. You can also invite team members and plan a chart together with them.
During the trial
Your charts stay in sync with your integration. Drag a task to next week in your chart and the new date shows up in your integration, and a due date you change in your integration shows up in your chart. That makes a live project the best way to try it. Pick the columns your Gantt chart shows to keep the details you need in view.
When the trial ends
Five days before your trial ends, we’ll email you a reminder. Upgrade to a paid plan and your charts and settings stay exactly as they are.
If you don’t upgrade, you’ll land on the subscription page instead of your charts, and clients who open a read-only chart you sent them will see that it isn’t available. Your charts stay in your account for two months after the trial ends, so you can pick up where you left off if you subscribe later. After those two months, we’ll email you before your account is deleted, and you have 14 days to come back.
Upgrading and canceling
You can upgrade to a paid plan at any point during or after your trial from your account settings. Students, teachers and non-profit organizations may qualify for a discount or coupon code. There’s nothing to cancel during the trial: without a credit card on file, you’re never charged. Once you’ve subscribed, you can change your plan or cancel your subscription at any time.
