How it works
- Connect Ganttify to your integration.
- Pick a project. Your tasks show up as rows and groups on a timeline, each one as a time block, or as a due date when it has a single date.
- Drag a time block to change its start and end dates.
Every change you make in the chart shows up in your integration, and changes made there show up in your chart.
Not every integration supports start and end dates or dependencies between tasks. Where yours doesn’t, you can add them in your chart anyway. Your tasks in the integration stay exactly as they are, and you get a complete Gantt chart either way.
What you can do with Ganttify
Visualize your project timeline. See all your tasks laid out on a timeline with columns showing dates, durations, labels, and more. Zoom in to see daily progress or zoom out for a high-level overview.
Set dependencies between tasks. Link tasks together with dependencies so that when one task gets delayed, dependent tasks automatically shift forward.
Keep clients up to date. Send a read-only chart to clients and anyone else outside your team who wants to see where the project stands. They can open it without a Ganttify account or access to your integration.
Plan together with your team. Share a chart with your team so team members can plan the work with you, or just follow along. With a team account and shared team settings, everyone starts from the same view.
